DO you Allow Glass containers on the bike?

As of October 13th, 2022, Group Therapy Bike Tour no longer allows glass containers to be brought onto the bikes. This includes all glass beer bottles, glass liquor bottles, and glass wine bottles. We recommend pouring your liquor/wine bottles into flasks or a plastic container if you want to bring those types of alcohol onto the bikes.

What is the Cancellation policy?

The unfortunate occasionally happens, and you may have to cancel a tour. There are two options to choose from:

  1. You may reschedule, or we can issue a non-expiring full credit to be used for a future tour, even if you don’t have a day in mind.

  2. We issue a refund. Refunds are as follows:

Over 48 hours in advance- Full refund

24 hours in advance- Half refund

Within 24 hours of tour- No refund

Standard processing fees will be deducted from all refunds (3.49% plus $.49 per transaction).

What Is the Waitlist?

Our waitlist becomes available when a bike has been booked. The waitlist is NOT a guaranteed booking. If and when a bike you have joined the waitlist for gets canceled by the original customer, you’ll be contacted via email with a link to book that tour. This link is good for 30 minutes when the next customer on the wait list is contacted and can book the tour.

Our cancellations are rare compared to the amount of tours we have booked every week. We recommend booking for another day and time that works for your group, and if the tour you’re waitlisted for becomes available, we can switch your booking.

What if I want to book a tour FOr today?

Our tours can be booked online up to 48 hours in advance to provide you with the best service possible. If you are interested in a day of tour, call us for possible availability.

Do You sell alcohol in the Group Therapy shop?

We do! We currently sell White Claw in 12 packs as well as single cans. Fireball shooters and tequila shooters are sold in 6 or 16 packs. Busch Light is sold in 30 racks, 12 packs, and single cans. We also have High Noon Seltzers, Pickle Shooters, and Kinkaider Radlers. You can also purchase these orders online when booking, and you’ll then pick them up at check-in for your tour (with a valid ID).

Is alcohol allowed during the tour?

You may bring any beer, wine, or liquor. We require all drinks to be poured into an opaque (unable to see-through) cup. Alcohol may not be consumed out of its original container. We recommend bringing your cup with a lid to prevent spills, but we provide red solo cups if you forget your own! Any opened liquor or wine that is unfinished must be packed inside a cooler for it to leave the bike at the end of your tour.

We do not allow glass on the bike. If you bring alcohol in a glass bottle, we will hold onto it in our shop for safekeeping until the end of your tour.

Do the Bikes have a motor?

Our bikes are 100% pedal powered. The bikes will not move without your pedaling!

How long will the tour last?

A standard tour is 2 hours long. If you haven't pedaled out all your problems after 2 hours, you may need real therapy. But seriously, you may add more time to your tours if the schedule allows.

Does The price of the tour include a tip for the driver?

Nope! Our drivers work hard to create a unique experience for you on the bike. Make sure to show them some love and appreciation at the end of your tour. They accept cash and Venmo!

WHat is the cleaning fee?

There is a $100 cleaning fee (each) for puking and/or urinating on the bike. This money goes directly to your driver for the hassle of cleaning up the mess - no matter how big or small. Please note that if someone pukes or urinates on the bike, it will result in immediate termination of their ride.

In the occurrence of either puking or urinating while on the bike, your driver will pull over and ask the responsible party to remove themselves. If they do not comply, your party will have to wait until management arrives in which case the entire tour will end without a refund.

What if I get tired and don't want to pedal anymore?

Each trolley is outfitted with 10 pedaling seats, 5 non-pedaling seats, and space in the middle for one standing passenger. Switch seats with one of your lazy friends who are hogging all the non-pedaling seats. ☺

Do you have to be 21 to ride on one of our bikes?

Here at Group Therapy, we take drinking laws very seriously. As our company has grown substantially, so has our clientele. We originally created an under 21-year-old passengers rule to accommodate family reunions with small kids or younger sisters at a bachelorette party.

Minors (under 21 years old) are only allowed on the bike with a parent present for the entirety of the tour. Said minors (under 21 years old ) will sit next to the driver for the entire tour, are not allowed to consume any drinks (although minors are allowed to request a bottle of water from their driver), and sit on the bike during stops. If any of these rules are broken, the tour will end immediately for all passengers, and no refund will be issued. If a minor (under 21 years old) shows up to a tour without a parent, our staff reserves the right to refuse service to that participant.

If you have a minor (under 21 years old) planning on attending per this rule, please email us at grouptherapybiketours@gmail.com so we can make a note of your booking.

If it is a “dry” (no alcohol) tour, participants of all ages are allowed on the bike. Yippee!

What is the enclosure?

Group Therapy provides an enclosure and heater to create a cozy and warm party mobile through the winter months. The bottom of the bike is still exposed- so wear thick socks and shoes. As far as coats go, bring em! You may want an extra layer depending on how close you are to the heater.

The enclosure is rolled up in the summer unless there is a rainstorm. There is no air conditioning or fans on the bike.

Can we bring music on our tour, if so, how do we play it?

Yes! You can’t pedal without music! We have a raging Bluetooth speaker system on every bike. Bring your own tunes and connect. If you don’t want the pressure of being a DJ, all our drivers have their own Group Therapy playlist that you can enjoy!

Do you offer a multi-bike discount?

Yes and no. We do offer a circumstantial discount when you book multiple bikes for the same booking. This offer is not valid on Game Days, holidays, and certain peak season times. Call us for discount pricing: 402-968-2305

Can we decorate the bike for our event?

Yes, you are welcome to bring balloons, streamers, and banners! Decorate the bike to your heart’s desire!

What about our coolers?

There’s nothing like a warm drink to ruin a party! If you have booked one of our trolleys, you can bring your own large coolers to store on the middle “dance floor.” We also have storage space above the seats for smaller soft coolers and purses.

On our party bikes, we have a large 3x3x3 foot metal box on the back of the bike. All you need to bring are your drinks and ice!

We rent coolers ($5) and sell bags of ice ($5) for your tour. Quantities are limited and subject to availability.

Are we hiring?

We are always hiring! Message us on Instagram for more information.
